We are forever grateful to Mario and his team for selling our vacant house remotely. We relocated to the Midwest in 2018, and had absolutely no luck selling the NJ house with two other agents. The house was difficult to sell due to its condition, style, layout, and topology. We needed someone with a much better understanding of the situation, and with a much more effective marketing strategy. In late 2019, we switched our listing to Mario, who is very professional, insightful, sincere, and patient. He produced several strong offers within a short amount of time. His assistants, Laura and Leslie, went to the house more times than we could remember.
